Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to respectfully request access to any official reports, findings, or public statements issued by the European Union Election Observation Mission (EU EOM) concerning the 2024 general elections held in Pakistan.

Given the importance of transparent and credible electoral processes, I am keen to understand the EU’s assessment of the conduct, fairness, and integrity of these elections. I believe such insights are vital for strengthening democratic institutions and fostering public trust in electoral outcomes.

If the final report is not yet available, I would appreciate any preliminary findings or updates regarding its expected release. Additionally, I would be grateful for any guidance on how civil society members or researchers may engage with the EU’s electoral support initiatives in the region.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.

Yours faithfully
Adil M Khan
