EU response to ICAO CO2 standard state letter
Dear Mobility and Transport,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
The European response to the ICAO state letter process concerning the CO2 standard for aircraft adopted at the International Civil Aviation Organisation's (ICAO) Committee on Aviation Environment Protection (CAEP) in February 2016.
The European response is the official response by EU member states to the ICAO state letter process which was coordinated by the European Commission due to the impact of this policy on an area of EU competency.
In the event that different responses were submitted by EU member states, I request all submitted responses which are in the possession of DG Move.
This request covers the period February 2016 - July 2017.
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Murphy
