EU-supported projects related to typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines
Dear International Partnerships,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All the EU-supported public housing projects related to typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines from 2013 till today. This applies both directly to The Philippine authorities (partnerships etc) and via international institutions.
I’m interested in the project description, the amount disbursed and the status of the contract(s). If possible, I'll also request for the actual contract and EU's demands for disbursing the funds.
- Audit reports for all projects.
Yours faithfully,
Sandra Blenner Rasmusen

Dear International Partnerships,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'EU-supported projects related to typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines'.
The response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, the authority should have responded by now.
I am hence requesting an internal review to understand why the reply to this request has been so slow.
Yours faithfully,
Sandra Blenner Rasmussen
