Please find below our reply to the requested documents/information:

2 - Can you tell me how are providers selected?

Partners are selected through a Call for Proposals published by the EC
Representation in each Member State.

For the Selection of partners to carry out activities as Europe Direct
Information Centres, in the United Kingdom (2018-2020), for example, you

Please see below the Independence Clause, as integral part of the Call for

"Although the centres work in close co-operation with the European
Commission Representation and the European Parliament Information Office,
they are independent and do not speak on behalf of the European Commission
and/or the European Parliament. The centres must, however, ensure that at
all times they convey the EU’s positions as accurately as possible and
communicate in a neutral, factually correct and non-partisan way. They
should also explain to their audience what the role of Europe Direct
information centres is".
