We're waiting for robin vanwoud to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Could you please send me via this email the following documents ?

https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/europe-f... but the column for the amount of funds given to each projects is lacking. May i receive, via this email, the list of funds allocated to each of these projects, preferabily on the same spreadsheet with the "budget" column included ?

2) For one specific project, SIA4Y -" Strengthening civil society rights by information access for European youth " (Total Budget: 143640 €)
Identifier: 600790-CITIZ-1-2018-1-PL-CITIZ-CIV, i would like to receive a copy of :

A) the initial proposal (tender) submitted by the coordinator (POLSKIE TOWARZYSTWO EKONOMICZNE ODDZIAL W GDANSKU) and its partners (BE,FI,LV,EE)
B) the CONTRACT between your administration and the coordinator of SIA4Y as well as the contracts (and sub contracts) with the partners
C) the payement arrangements and their approval conditions
C) the list of payments to them and the list of remaining payements for the future
D) the reports sent to your admnistration about the way the project is runningnand if they exist, your evaluations on the project

Yours faithfully,
