Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
all correspondence relating to the European Critical Raw Materials Act between stakeholders and the President von der Leyen and/or her cabinet, as well as minutes of any meetings that discussed this topic between stakeholders and President von der Leyen and/or her cabinet, since 1st September 2021.
