European Critical Raw Materials Act
Dear Secretariat General,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
all correspondence relating to the European Critical Raw Materials Act between stakeholders and the President von der Leyen and/or her cabinet, as well as minutes of any meetings that discussed this topic between stakeholders and President von der Leyen and/or her cabinet, since 1st September 2021.

Concerning your reply to my request 2023/1853, I can confirm that I received a number of Commission documents relating to this request. However, there appeared to be some documents missing.
Specifically, in your reply letter you identified and named 53 documents, but in the 'List of identified documents' that you included (as a separate doc), several documents that are identified in the reply letter are missing, for example:

It is unclear to me why this is the case, and I would appreciate an explanation for this discrepancy, if it is deliberate, and the immediate release of the missing documents, if it is an error.

The missing documents were included in the initial reply as also indicated in the reply letter. However it seems that the transmission was prevented due to a technical error.
