minutes and other reports of these meetings;
all correspondence (including emails) between MEPs VERHEYEN Sabine, KAMMEREVERT Petra and DIDIER Geoffroy and/or their assistants and advisers as well as the staff of the responsible Committees with organisations representing the rights and interests of publishers and media, in which the European Media Freedom Act was dealt with (between September 2021 and today);
Following Politico and Euractiv reporting on possible conflict of interests between MEPs KAMMEREVERT Petra and VERHEYEN Sabine in their role as lead negotiators on the European Media Freedom Act and their role within the German public broadcaster council, any relevant documents that prove there is no such conflict of interests;
A list of revenue by MEPs KAMMEREVERT Petra and VERHEYEN Sabine since the start of their 2019 mandate;
A list of MEPs who are sitting on similar publishers and media councils, either with or without remuneration.

Dear EU DisinfoLab,
in light of your request, Parliament has identified the following
documents (attached):
• invitation to stakeholder meeting of 16 February 2023; and
• final draft programme for stakeholder meeting of 27/28 February 2023.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we can only assess
and grant access to documents held by Parliament's administration. This
means, in particular, that we cannot grant access to documents held not by
Parliament's administration, but in Members' private offices, to which the
administration has no access (see also [1]Rule 122(2) of Parliament's
Rules of Procedure).
Insofar as your application concerns documents that could prove the
absence of a conflict of interest, it is not entirely clear which specific
documents might be concerned. That being said, and while Parliament does
not hold lists of Members' personal revenue or un-remunerated activities,
Members are required to declare their financial interests on their
Parliament websites, [2]here for Ms Kammerevert and [3]here for Ms
Verheyen. (information on Members' salary and allowances is available
[4]here)
In addition, information on the input received by the rapporteur from
several entities or persons in the preparation of the draft report is
available on page 74 of the draft report [5]here.
With this response, we consider your request handled and the file closed.
Please don't hesitate to [6]get back to us should you wish to request
access to specific Parliament documents.
Best regards,
