Dear Madam, Sir,
I confirm receipt of the initial decision regadering my application for access to documents registered under EASE 2026/2404.
I thank you for providing the contribution agreement and its amendment, but I would like to request a confirmatory application on the lack of any documents identified under my third point:
"All documents - including but not limited to draft versions, e-mails, interservice consultations, notes, papers, input from InnoEnergy, input from EIT, and/or presentations - related to the decision to amend the European Solar Academy Contribution Agreement"
One would expect an amendment does not appear out of thin air, and is preceded by discussions within the Commission and perhaps also with the EIT or the beneficiary InnoEnergy. I therefore would like to ask for a renewed search for documents falling under the scope of the third point of my request.
Sincerely
Peter Teffer
