Dear Secretariat-General,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, and further to the answer received to 2015/4070, I am requesting copies of all requests to authorise new roles, made by former commissioners, which have been refused authorisation by the Commission. For each case I would like to receive any emails, correspondence and meeting notes which relate to these applications; all opinions from the ad hoc ethical committee on each case; and copies of the Commission's final decision in each case.
