Exchange of Letters -Belgium /EU Commisison on secondary migration
Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
According to the former Belgian State Secretary on Migration matters, the EU Commission gave -in 11/2024- the Belgian GOV a green light to proceed with the implementation of the EU Migration pact regarding specific provisions to curtail Secondary movements of asylum applicants;
"Vorige week bevestigde de Europese Commissie in een brief aan de Moor dat België versneld kan beginnen daarmee."

I would like to acess the letter written by the Belgian GOV to the EU Commission and the reply provided by the European Commission giving such green light.
Thank you
