We're waiting for Margarida da Silva to read recent responses and update the status.

Margarida da Silva

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents:

- any communications exchanged between President Von der Leyen, her Cabinet and DG Competition, including the DMA unit and Vice-President Ribera, regarding potential fines for non-compliance by Google. This includes but is not limited to e-mails, meetings notes, text messages, and attached documents;

- any documents, presentations, internal briefs and status reports prepared by President Von Der Leyen’s Cabinet regarding potential fines for non-compliance with the DMA by Google;

- agendas and minutes of any College of Commissioners meeting where a potential DMA fine against Google was discussed.

I am interested in such documents created from May 2025 onwards.

Yours faithfully,
Margarida Silva
