exclusion of the water sector from the scope of the EU Directive on concession contracts (follow-up request)
Dear DG Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents that contain the following information:
- all reports (and other notes) from meetings with stakeholders (including companies and lobby groups) during which the Directive on concession contracts and the exclusion of the water sector from its scope was discussed.
- all correspondence (including emails and their attachments) with stakeholders (including companies and lobby groups) in which the Directive on concession contracts and the exclusion of the water sector from its scope was mentioned.
The request is limited to documents from January 1st 2022 onward. This access to document request is a follow-up to a previous request registered as GESTDEM 2021/8120.

An extended time limit is needed as in order to retrieve the documents
requested as large files have to be examined and moreover part of the
documents originate from third parites which have to be consulted prior to
