On behalf of Friends of the Earth Europe I hereby submit a request for access to documents under Regulation 1049/2001 for the following information:
- All the documents - including agendas of meetings, minutes of meetings, and reports of meetings – held by DG Industry and Enterprise and that relate to the activity of the expert group “Association des enterprises européennes dans les pays tiers partenaires” (also called European Business Organisations (EBOs) Worldwide Network”, since January 2010.

Please produce the documents on a rolling basis. At no point should the search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that have already retrieved and eligible for disclosure. In the event this application relates to a very large number of documents, we are open to confer informally with a view to finding a fair solution within the prescribed time limits.
