I hope that this email finds you well. As a citizen of the Union, this request is in accordance with Article 15 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and Article 42 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.

Firstly, I would like documentation of when each EEAS delegation, including formerly Commission (or other), was established and, if applicable, documents accounting for any interruptions to services.

Secondly, I would like documentation of the current and, if applicable, former addresses of each branch.

Thirdly, I would like documentation of all occupied positions inside all EEAS diplomatic representations, including their predecessors, or, if this is not available, documentation of each branch’s personnel.

Lastly, I would like documentation of visits or missions to non-EU states by the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy with a preference for data showing the number of visits/missions per year, whereto, and type/aim of visit/mission.

If you have any questions about this request, please feel free to contact me.

In advance, thank you for your help.
