FISMA has already extended the deadline by 15 working days, which was only allowed in "exceptional cases". There is absolutely no legal basis in Regulation 1049/2001 for *another* extension of the deadline.

FISMA is currently in breach of article 7 of Regulation 1049/2001.

Please respond this request today. Otherwise, I will make a confirmatory application.
