Dear European Central Bank,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. A list of the titles of all internal documents or documents originated in DG-L (years 2012-2013) regarding the ECB and / or ESA's position to financial assistance, financial policy or financial stability.

2. A list of the titles of all internal documents or documents originated in DG-L (years 2012-2013), if the title contains one of the following expressions: "financial stability", "financial assistance", "policy", "SMP", "OMT", "Securities Markets Programme", "ELA", "Liquidity Assistance" or "Outright Monetary Transactions"
