Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) All documents - including but not limited to minutes, (hand-written) notes, audio recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, e-mails, letters, and presentations - related to the 4 September 2024 meeting between John Berrigan (Director-General), and Revolut Ltd;

2) All documents - including but not limited to minutes, (hand-written) notes, audio recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, e-mails, letters, and presentations - related to the 4 September 2024 meeting between Florian Denis (Cabinet member) & Patricia Reilly (Cabinet member) and Revolut Ltd;

3) All documents - including but not limited to minutes, (hand-written) notes, audio recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, e-mails, letters, and presentations - related to the 14 September 2023 meeting between Florian Denis (Cabinet member) and Revolut Ltd;

Only digital copies are required, please consider the environment by not sending me any physical mail.

Dear Mr Teffer,

We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 22/10/2024 under case number 2024/5617.

We are currently working on your request. However, we will not be able to
send you the reply within the prescribed time limit expiring on
13/11/2024. This is because the documents requested originate from third
parties, which have been consulted.

Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
