Flexibilisation of CO2 Emission standards for light-duty vehicles and vans (ACEA, VDA, CLEPA, T&E, ICCT)

Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. All documents (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to meetings between the entities listed below and Commissioner for Climate Action, his cabinet, his officials, and any other representatives of DG CLIMA regarding the topic of CO2 emission standards for light-duty vehicles and vans (2019/631; 2023/851; 2025/1214).I would also like to receive full notes of any meetings held, and not just the summary notes proactively published by the Commission.

2. All the proposals or suggestions that the entities have sended (via E-mail or during a Meeting) to the DG CLIMA regarding amendments of the Regulation. Especially but not limited to the current amendment of 2025 (2025/1214).

- Trade Associations: European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA), German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA).
- Organisations: Transport and Environment (T&E); International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT).

I'm searching specifically for documents regarding the timeframe of April 2023 until April of 2025. If this timeframe is still to braod, I would like to start with the time frame of July 2024 until April of 2025 but come to the broader timeframe later.

Dear Ms Haecker,

We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
