Flexibilisation of CO2 Emission standards for light-duty vehicles and vans (ACEA, VDA, CLEPA, T&E, ICCT)

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. All documents (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to meetings between the entities listed below and Commissioner for Mobility, Apostolos Tzitzikostas his cabinet, his officials, and any other representatives of DG CLIMA regarding the topic of CO2 emission standards for light-duty vehicles and vans (2019/631; 2023/851; 2025/1214).
2. All the proposals or suggestions that the entities have sended (via E-mail or during a Meeting) to the DG CLIMA regarding amendments of the Regulation regarding the current amendment of 2025 (2025/1214)
The timeframe would be from his inauguration in 2024 until the 1. April 2025.

representatives of DG CLIMA”, and as all three of the aforementioned
regulations fall within the remit of DG CLIMA, we kindly ask you to
clarify, in line with Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001
regarding public access to documents, whether you are in fact interested
in documents relating to the meetings between the entities you list in
your request and the Commissioner for Climate Action, Wopke Hoekstra,
members of his cabinet, his officials, and any other representatives of DG
CLIMA.
The 15 working days to reply to your request will start running only when
you reply to this message. If you do not reply within 7 working days, we
will close this case in line with our detailed rules for the application
of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.

Sorry for the confusion. Due to the fact that I have written similar request to the DG CLIMA, I have mixed up the request.
I'm interested in reciving all the documents regarding Commissioner for Mobility, Apostolos
Tzitzikostas his cabinet, his officials, and any other representatives of DG MOVE regarding the topic of CO2 emission standards for light-duty vehicles and vans (2019/631; 2023/851; 2025/1214).

Dear Sir,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 30 October 2025 under case number EASE 2025/5583.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit, expiring on 21 November 2025.
In order to identify the documents falling within the scope of your
request, large files have to be examined. Therefore, we need to proceed
with the extension of the deadline. In line with Article 7(3) of
[1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, we need to extend this time limit by 15
