The GSC also reported on ongoing technical discussions in the Antici Group regarding access to Delegates 
Portal. The Committee noted that efforts were being made to find a smooth technical way forward.  The GSC 
also indicated that the removal of Delegates Portal accounts using private email addresses should have no 
impact on users with email accounts in quasi-governmental entities or agencies linked to governmental 
activities.
