Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs's handling of my FOI request 'Forestry Code in Romania'.
[ Thank you very much for your answer. In my original message I was asking also for
“…., and any correspondence by or between EU Competition Directorate, DG GROW or other EU institutions and the Romanian Government relating to the new Forestry Code of Romania.” ….
Could you please be so kind and make available to me also the response letters to the request of the Romanian Competition Council of DG Competition and DG Grow.
Further, it seems that the file of the first letter addressed by the Romanian Competition Council to DG Comp ( Mrs Livia Solange-West) was corrupted. The second page does not appear properly. Could you please put it again there?
Thank you!
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/fores...
Yours faithfully,
Johannes Doppler
