France Chimie presentation - critical molecules initiative
Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following document:
In Grow's answer to 2025/3622, the provided minutes of a lobby meeting with VCI held on 11 March 2025, mentioned "The Commission representative was also admitted to the presentation by France Chimie on the French paper on a critical molecules initiative."
I would like to request the presentation by France Chimie.
Thank you in advance. Yours faithfully,
Vicky Cann

Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Please note that I think there is a mistake here in that Grow has already applied 2026/1446 to our request regarding a France Chimie document. Please could you clarify if perhaps 2026/1457 applies to a different request, perhaps to "DG Grow, UK, and the universal PFAS restriction"? If so, please could you post in that request thread instead? Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Vicky Cann
Dear Ms Cann,
Indeed, your request concerning France Chimie has been registered twice by error and 2026/1457 is a duplicate of 2026/1446. We will therefore close EASE 2026/1457 now.
Kind regards,
DG GROW - Access to Documents
Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Please can you inform me when I will receive a response to 2026/1446? It is now substantially overdue and is only a simple request for a single document.
Thank you in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Vicky Cann
