Happy New Year! Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents:
- Fundamental Rights Officer reports to Management Board number XIX, XXII, XXIII, and XXIV;
- A copy of the questionnaire(s) on referral mechanism for vulnerable groups in Member States designed by the Fundamental Rights Officer;
- A list of all Member States the above-mentioned questionnaire(s) has/have been sent to since 2016 to date;
- All responses received from Member States to the above-mentioned questionnaire(s) since 2016 to date; and
- All documents generated or drafted by the Frontex Fundamental Rights Officer with comments, feedback, or any kind of contribution to the Proposal for a REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the European Border and Coast Guard and repealing Council Joint Action n°98/700/JHA, Regulation (EU) n° 1052/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Regulation (EU) n° 2016/1624 of the European Parliament and of the Council (COM(2018)631/991578).
