-All documents – including, but not limited to, briefings, notes, papers, non-papers, or reports – created or held by Frontex or exchanged between Frontex representatives and any other actor (including, but not limited to, other European bodies' officials or Member State representatives) regarding, related to, or mentioning “Centaur” or other surveillance and security systems and equipment at existing and forthcoming migrant reception facilities on Samos, Kos, Leros, Lesvos (or Lesbos), and Chios islands and in Fylakio, Evros in Greece
[1] "'Centaur' or other surveillance and security systems and equipment" in this context refers to several technological systems the Greek Ministry of Migration and Asylum has publicly acknowledged have been and will be implemented at migrant reception facilities in Greece (see media coverage: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2021/12/2...)

Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,
Due to immense technical difficulties, I am requesting that you register PAD-2022-00287 with email address [email address] and that you provide an Access Link and Token, as the current one appears not to be working.
According to relevant law and recent decisions by the European Ombudsman (https://fragdenstaat.de/dokumente/173414..., https://www.ombudsman.europa.eu/en/recom...) Frontex should aim to ensure seamless technical communication with applicants for public access to documents, regardless of technical means of communication the applicant prefers. You also have an obligation to register public access to documents requests as soon as possible.
There is no legal basis for postponing the registration of this request.
The ID document you requested has already been emailed to you from the aforementioned email address.
Sincerely,
Lydia Emmanouilidou
