Functioning of the Appeals committees
Dear Human Resources and Security,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information
I would need information on the Appeals committees of the Directorate HR.F – Finance, Legal & Partnerships , Appeals and Case Monitoring. I would need to find documents that explain what are the power of the appeal committee; who are the members and their roles and what are the procedures conducting complaints under on Article 90.
