Grants or aid awarded to the Philippines in the years 2013-2020 with the intend to strengthen resilience in the event of climate disasters

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- Grants or aid awarded to the Philippines in the years 2013-2020 with the intend to strengthen resilience in the event of climate disasters. I’m interested in the grant/aid/project description, the amount disbursed and the status of the grant/aid/project. If possible, I'll also request the EU's demands for disbursing the funds.
- Audit reports for all grants/aid/projects.
