Headquarters in Warsaw
Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents:
- the Frontex headquarters agreement, signed with Poland (as announced by the European Commission here: https://ec.europa.eu/home-affairs/news/f... );
- all previous versions of headquarters agreement signed with the Polish government;
- any and all agreements, contracts, or arrangements signed with Poland in regards to Frontex’s “new headquarters in Warsaw on land provided by the Polish government” (as stated by the EU Commission).
