Dear Ms van den Hove,
We are writing concerning your requests for access to Commission documents
registered on 10 April 2025 under case numbers 2025/2033 (submitted to DG
COMP) and 2025/2053 (submitted to DG GROW).
Given that those two requests have been filed by the same applicant and
are identical in content, the Commission services will merge them and
provide you with one single reply.
We are currently working on your requests. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your requests. We will thus not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 7 May 2025.
The application concerns a variety of documents, which need to be examined
in detail in order to assess whether their disclosure is possible. In
addition, several parts of those documents originate from third parties
(Member States), which need to be consulted as to the disclosure of the
content that concerns them.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on 2 June 2025.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Kind regards,
