Dear Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Hoekstra trip to Azerbaijan'.
After my initial confirmatory application, following my request being consistently ignored, the documents that have since been disclosed were not related to my request.
I received documents surround the trip of Director General Koopman to Azerbaijan, which had already been disclosed following a separate request about that trip.
This means I am still have not been granted access to the documents regarding the trip of Climate Commissioner Hoekstra to Azerbaijan.
Please can you review this request and ensure the documents are produced as quickly as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Pascoe Sabido

Dear SG ACCES DOCUMENTS,
I think there has been a technical problem caused by asktheeu.org and its 'batches' function.
Your response (at least as the website presents it) relates to a request to DG CLIMA regarding their contact with Azeri officials or stakeholders regarding COP29. However, I submitted a confirmatory application to DG CLIMA regarding the trip of Commissioner Hoekstra to Azerbaijan, as I received no reply.
Please can you provide the requested documents outlined in the original request:
"all documents related to the trip of Climate Commissioner Hoekstra to Azerbaijan on 20 June 2024, particularly those documents that concern COP29 and the EU and Azerbaijan's Strategic Energy Partnership.

Yours sincerely,
