Dear Health and Food Safety,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

How many Sanitary & Phytosanitary (SPS) consignments have been imported from ROW to EU countries, including Northern Ireland since 1st Jan 2021, after the implementation of the NI Protocol.

Please provide a complete breakdown by ROW Country exporting the goods and EU Country receiving the goods.
