Dear European Union Agency for Cybersecurity,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- The letter sent by Huawei to ENISA dated 10 January 2022, as referenced in this publicly available reply by ENISA: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/1097...
- Any further exchanges between Huawei and ENISA since January 2022. This is meant to include letter, e-mails, meeting minutes, whitepapers, etc.
- Any documents on internal discussions within ENISA (emails, meeting minutes, etc) regarding the exclusion of Huawei from ENISA working groups on 5G security
