Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documents, including but not limited to e-mails, notes, papers, minutes, presentations, recordings, letters, lines to take, (hand-written) notes, verbatim reports, operational conclusions and briefings, related to ETF's support of Huawei European Leadership Academy.

This includes the decision-making process for granting of ETF's contribution to the European Leadership Academy, both financial and in kind, if applicable.
