I request a timeline of document codes changing in relation to the Royal Bank of Scotland and missing documents

We're waiting for Christopher Gordon to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear European Data Protection Supervisor,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The document N621/2009 was originally about the restructuring of the Royal Bank of Scotland

The document N422/2009 was originally about the restructuring of the Royal bank of Scotland

N621/2009 is now be something about mackerel fishing by Spanish fishing boats –

Commission Regulation No 621/2009 of 14 July 2009 establishing a prohibition of fishing for mackerel

The other original number 422/2009 is now something about export refunds on eggs .

Commission Regulation (EC) No 422/2009 of 20 May 2009 fixing the export refunds on eggs

The new document number is alleged to be SA.26682

In relation to the above facts can you tell me

1) Who changed the document codes ?
2) When the document codes were changed ?
3) Why the document codes were changed ?
4) Who asked for the document codes to be changed ?
5) Why are the documents not found when you do a document search online in the EU documents search engine ? under the new reference SA.26682
6)Why were the original agreements not published at the time they were signed ? In October 2008?
7)The original agreement shows the businesses affected were to be put out of business by 31st Dec 2012 so how therefore and who was in charge of allowing Mason Hayes in Dublin to clear Ulster Bank of targeting any viable business in Dec 2014? Prior to the loans and economic benefits in the assets being sold to Cerberus?
8)Why are the unredacted versions of the original agreements not available today ?
9)Who is the Eu commissioner responsible ( or department ) for making the decision today for not releasing the unredacted versions of these agreements ?

I look forward to recieving a timely response

Yours faithfully,

Christopher James Gordon

Dear European Data Protection Supervisor,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'I request a timeline of document codes changing in relation to the Royal Bank of Scotland and missing documents'.

Dear Sirs

I made this request in regards to the changing of document codes . I was refused the answers for this due to state aid reasons but also told to refer my request to "The European Commission's Directorate-General for Competition is the relevant authority for such matters. "

I was due a response from them on 15th July and to date no reply has been recieved .

Can someone assist ?

Kind Regards
