Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- All the incident reports at the Albanian border from 2010 to 2023

- All the reports written by the Fundamental Rights Office of Frontex regarding the possible violations oh human rights and the possible return of migrants to the Greece border from Albania
