All correspondence and documents since December 2024 - including emails, agendas, records of meetings, minutes of meetings (both online and in person), participants lists and any other reports of such meetings – involving representatives of your DG with interest representatives about the topics of Sustainable Corporate Governance, the Clean Industrial Deal, the Competitiveness Compass or the Omnibus Law.

Ín response to your request, I would like to clarify that with 'interest representatives' we refer to companies, trade associations and other entities representing business interests and civil society groups and trade unions.
I am surprised with your request though. In previous access to documents requests the term interest representatives has never been perceived as unclear by the Commission.

under the above mentioned reference number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we were not in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expired on 07/03/2025.
An extended time limit is needed as the application concerns different
Services which must be consulted.
Therefore, we had to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 28/03/2025.
We apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
