Subject: Information about Ambassador Peter Michalko
Dear European External Action Service,
Pursuant to the European Union's Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council, and Commission documents, I hereby request access to the following information:
1.- Any and all records, documents, or communications within the possession of the European External Action Service (EEAS) concerning any financial or business interests held by Peter Michalko, currently serving as the EU Ambassador to Baku. This includes declarations of interest, conflict of interest forms, and any related documentation submitted during his tenure.
2.- From Peter Michalko’s agenda since 1 September 2021, a list of every meeting between Michalko and external individuals or entities representing the fossil fuel companies Socar, TotalEnergies and BP.
3.- Any correspondence or communications involving Peter Michalko and external entities or individuals representing the fossil fuel companies Socar and/or TotalEnergies and/or BP.
If any records are deemed exempt from disclosure, please provide a detailed justification for each such exemption. Additionally, if any portions of the records are found to be exempt, please release any reasonably segregable non-exempt portions of the requested records.
