Information about Olivér Várhelyi and Moroccan officials

Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1.- Any and all records, documents, or communications within the possession of DG Climate Action on any financial or business interests held by Olivér Várhelyi. This includes declarations of interest, conflict of interest forms, and any related documentation submitted during his tenure.


2.- A list of every meeting and any correspondence between Olivér Várhelyi and Nasser Bourita between October 2022 and now.

3.- A list of every meeting and any correspondence between Olivér Várhelyi and Said El Hadi, President of the Green Economy Commission at the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) between October 2022 and now.

If any records are deemed exempt from disclosure, please provide a detailed justification for each such exemption. Additionally, if any portions of the records are found to be exempt, please release any reasonably segregable non-exempt portions of the requested records.
