Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting a list of, or copies of all invitations received to attend, or speak at, an event organised by a third party, as received by Commissioner Oettinger since 1 November 2014.
Additionally, I would like to request a full list of all external speaking engagements made by Commissioner Oettinger since 1 November 2014. This list should include the date and venue of the event, the host(s) and organiser(s) of the event, and the topics discussed.

my name is Lisa Hirdes and I am working with Nina Katzemich from LobbyControl.
We are still waiting for your answer concerning our requests from the 12th of July, concerning all meetings held by Commissioner Oettinger with external parties in the past year.
For clarification, we would like to get information on invitations and external speaking engagements of Commissioner Oettinger as well as information on the “2016 Europa Forum Lech” (Mini-Davos) and a comprehensive list of meetings of Commissioner Oettinger with external parties in 2015/2016.
Unfortunately the list on Mr. Oettinger's Commission Website is not sufficient. We understand that meetings between Mr. Oettinger and unregistered lobbyists cannot be physically uploaded to the Commission’s published lobby meetings list. So we would like to have a comprehensive offline-list.
Please reply to us within the next 4 working days, i.e. until Friday the 14th of October.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Information on Invitations and External Speaking Engagements of Commissioner Oettinger Since November 2014'.
On the 12th of July my colleague Nina Katzemich requested information on meetings held by Commissioner Oettinger with external parties since November 2014.
Because of the vast amount of documents found, we were asked to specify our initial inquiry. We have done so on the 10th of October and again on the 14th of November 2016 via E-mail to Mrs Courtial-Hofmans (Connect D3)
We narrowed our inquiry down to:
- all invitations sent by Commissioner Oettinger to the 2016 Europa
Forum Lech (you can omit any replies or follow-up messages)
- a list of all participants who attended the 2016 Europa Forum Lech,
including Commission officials and external parties
- a schedule or programme of the Forum Lech
- any minutes of the meetings which took place during the Forum Lech
- a list of all contributors to the costs of the Forum Lech and a
general cost report
Until today we recieved no answer. Hence we would like to ask you to draft a reply immediately.

Thank you for your email of 08/12/2016 in which you lodged a confirmatory application for access to documents - GESTDEM 2016/3880.
In the meantime, we have been informed by DG CNECT that the initial reply will be sent to you in a few days.
In view of this, we would like to inform you that the Secretariat General will not register your confirmatory application at this stage.
However, upon receipt of the initial reply, if you wish to submit a confirmatory request in accordance with Article 7 of the Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, you remain free to do so.
