Information on use of private grant consultants in Horizon Europe applications
Dear Research Executive Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- The number of potential complaints that the different funding schemes and organisations under the Horizon Europe program have received about the practices of private grant/innovation consultants, which are sometimes hired by applicants (f.e researchers, SME's) to help with the writing proces of their grant proposal.
- All internal records that mention the use of private grant consultants by Horizon Europe applicants
