Dear Energy,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

(i) Any and all correspondence and/or other information within DG Energy, or between DG Energy and any other DGs and/or any third parties (including but not limited to any Energy Community institutions) regarding the email subject "URGENT ACTION NEEDED - Energy Community - Bosnia & Herzegovina - ECS-10/18" (dated Sunday, November 21, 2021 10:48 PM, sent by Bogdan Gecic) or any of its content;

(ii) Any and all communication, memos, briefs, internal discussions, notes, positions, working documents, or any other document that contains any information that preceded, involved, or had any relation to item (i) above, including but not limited to, any such information in relation to the preparation and/or deliberations in relation to the response to the above email, sent by Dr. Florian ERMACORA, Head of Unit, Unit A3 – Neighbourhood policies and international relations, dated December 14, 2021, received at 12:27 (subject: "RE: URGENT ACTION NEEDED - Energy Community - Bosnia & Herzegovina - ECS-10/18").

For avoidance of any doubt, I copy below the said email under (ii) as follows:

In this respect, I can only refer at this stage to the Decision of the Ministerial Council of the Energy Community of 30/11/2021 that approved the proposal of the Energy Community Secretariat in accordance with the opinion of the Advisory Committee and the EU Position of the Council of the European Union.
