- All documents held by European Commission DG Health and Safety regarding meetings, discussions and other exchanges of the Member States working group on food contaminants regarding food contamination by mercury concerning Orthongel, Thai Union, the EU Fish Processors and Traders Association (AIPCE), the Fédération des Industries d’Aliments Conservés (FIAC), the Confédération des Industries de Traitement des Produits des Pêches Maritimes (CITPPM) and the Petit Navire and the Chancerelle companies, including meeting agendas, meeting minutes, meeting supporting documents, observers and participants’ affiliations, and any other supporting documentation regarding meetings and exchanges on this topic since November 2024.
Please note that we already dispose from exchanges between the FIAC and the European Commission’s DG Health and Food Safety of January 3, 9 and 14, 2025 and between the AIPCE and the European Commission’s DG Health and Food Safety of April 22 and 29, 2025 as part of the request for access to Commission documents for case 2025/2954, and therefore they shouldn’t be included in this present request.
I also would be grateful if you could send me the documents only once, even if they have been sent several times, so as not to affect the overall count of documents disclosed.
Thank you very much in advance for you attention to this matter,
Yours faithfully,
