Dear Communications Networks, Content and Technology,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Interaction with age verification organizations'.
The response to my request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, the authority should have responded by now. I note that the delay has been attributed to the "complexity" of my file. However, this explanation lacks the necessary transparency. To fully understand the reasons behind the delay and to evaluate whether adjustments to the scope of my request could expedite the process, I request a detailed account of what specifically constitutes this "complexity."
As transparency and accountability are fundamental principles of good governance, I trust that you will provide a clear and comprehensive explanation. Without this information, it is difficult to ascertain whether the delay is reasonable or whether measures can be taken to facilitate a more efficient response.
I kindly ask for your reply at your earliest convenience, as the extended delay has already impacted the timely exercise of my rights.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
