Dear Mr. Nielsen,

your application for public access to documents under Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001 is not sufficiently precise to enable us to identify the
documents falling within its scope. We therefore ask you to clarify your
application in accordance with Article 6(2) of that Regulation.

Your application concerns five audit reports covering ICT adopted by
Directorate-Generals of the Parliament in 2023, and it explicitly refers
to the following three of said audit reports: 1) Audit of the backup and
restore arrangements in the Directorate-General for Innovation and
Technological Support (DG ITEC), 2) Audit of the purchase and use of
security equipment and services in the Directorate-General for Security
and Safety (DG SAFE) and 3) Periodic review of the ADENAUER 2 building
project in the Directorate-General for Infrastructure and Logistics (DG
INLO), however it does not specify the two remaining ones as you refer to
"two transversal follow-up reports of previously agreed actions"

Please, clarify which are the last two documents described above that are
subject to your application and to which of the reports referred to are
they follow-up reports.

Please be aware that the deadline for responding to your application
cannot run pending clarification, and that your application will be
considered as withdrawn and the file as closed in the absence of any reply
within 20 working days.
