Internal guidelines for using instant messaging and group chat tools

Dear European External Action Service,
in reply to a recent request for information, the EEAS said it has adopted internal guidelines for using instant messaging and group chat tools, similar to those of the Commission. I wish to request said guidelines under under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001.
