Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the list of invitees for the background briefing with President von der Leyen's Head of Cabinet, Mr Bjoern Seibert, ahead of the 23-24 March 2023 meeting of the European Council. The background briefing took place on March 21, 2024.
I am aware that the names of the participants may constitute personal data under Article 4(1)(b) of Regulation 1049/2001 and Regulation 2018/1725 and agree to redact them. I ask, however, to disclose the names of the media organizations involved.
