Ireland's introduction plain packaging of cigarettes

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
* all correspondence between between Commission President Barroso or his Cabinet - and private sector companies and lobby groups since 1 January 2013, related to Ireland’s introduction of plain packaging for cigarettes
* all minutes of meetings between between Commission President Barroso or his Cabinet - and private sector companies and lobby groups since 1 January 2013, related to Ireland’s introduction of plain packaging for cigarettes
* all logs (and if available: notes) of phone calls between
Commission President Barroso or his Cabinet - and private sector companies and lobby groups since 1 January 2013, related to Ireland’s introduction of plain packaging for cigarettes.
