European Parliament did not have the information requested.

Dear European Parliament,

I very much welcome the PEGA Committee investigation into spyware. Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the response of the Irish authorities (if any) sent to the Committee on foot of its spyware questionnaire.

Yours faithfully,

Dr. TJ McIntyre
