Dear Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations,
Please pass this on to the person in the SecGen who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'JHA Acquis - UN Convention on the Right of the Child'.
Please undo the blackening.
There seems no logic in your decisions.
In the letter signed by Mª Victoria GIL CASADO, the Ares reference is given: Elarg/TS/RP D (2005) 1393
However, in the publishe dnote the initials TS (Timmo Summa) and RP (Roelie Post) have been blackened.
At the same time, in case number 2024/6087, the name of Director Summa was not blackened.
Considering that the official you fired, Mrs. Roelie Post, is now considered a public person and acknowledged whistleblower (by the Dutch Parliament and the Dutch House for Whistleblowers who exceptionally dealt with her case at the request of Prime Minister Mark Rutte), we request her name to be exposed in all our request for access to documents related to her work.
We understand the European Commission does not want to see this issue als a matter of public interest. However, all matters related to the Rights of the Child as legal basis are to be considered as of public interest.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/jha_...
Yours faithfully,
Arun Dohle
