Latest version of corporate smartphone policy
Dear Informatics,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- The latest version of the document "IT equipment allocation - corporate smartphone policy". I hold a version dating to 26/02/2020, but was hoping to obtain the most recent version.
- The latest version of the Guideline for Acceptable Use of Public Instant Messaging Applications. I hold V1.02 dated to 09/01/2020, but was hoping for the most recent version

Dear Sir,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 2 September 2025 under case number EASE 2025/4436.
